Our manufacturing
unit, located at Greater Noida is equipped with
the latest and state of the art machinery and testing
equipment. The Group has total covered area of 12530
Sq.M.
Dedicated to work on the procedure based on the
method of planning and monitoring production of
Equipment and Spares including maintenance of machinery
in the works.
Central Planning checks the production requirements
through Indent for manufacture and to make/buy decision,
considering manufacturing facilities, capacity available,
Quality and cost requirements and will take material
procurement action based upon the drawings received
from Projects / Customer Support Services department.
CP department will release these drawings to all
concerned and keep record.
Detailed Preventive Maintenance Schedule (Weekly,
Quarterly and Yearly) is established separately
to ensure that all plant and equipment are maintained
in a satisfactory condition and recorded.
Further our Works, which is 35 KMs away from office,
is directly connected through radio signal tower
which enhances smooth data sharing & transfer
of the drawings/documents.
Our Manufacturing Works is well equipped with latest
computers, scanners & printers along with Server
connected to all the computers having E-mail facility,
enabling fast, accurate communication with client/vendor.
